World Famous German Pancake

The German Pankake with a side of bacon is my all time favorite! My dad started bringing me here when I was a youngster. I continued the tradition with my daugter. Now she and her husband and I maintain this as a favorite. We drive from Dallas regularly to enjoy the consistently good food and local attractions. No disappointments!

French Toast

I have loved French toast since I was a kid. Growing up in a family of 9, my mother who was a single parent, made most of our meals from scratch. It has been hard throughout the years to find french toast tasted homemade until I ran across Ol'South. There french toast is as close homemade as you can get. Loved it

World Famous German Pancake

My son had corn beef and hash, and German pancake. I had bacon and eggs with hash browns. The food was so good we returned the next day and he had a buckwheat waffle with peanut butter and I had a skillet meal. Food was excellent and customer service was good and fast. We will definitely return.

World Famous German Pancake

No menu required, I saddle up to the German pancakes. By the way, your server will build it together in front of you at your table. The tease is well worth the wait. The sweetness of the powder sugar and the tartness of the lemons simply pop when you take your first bite. It's best to eat them slowly, to simply thoroughly enjoy the flavor. You'll be hooked, no menu required.
